Returns

• You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unburned, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund—just send us a photo of the damage for our records.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used candles or items purchased on clearance/sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
